日本でも同じ傾向が存在する可能性あり

世界的に見て、Z世代を含む若年層のメンタルヘルスの悪化と幸福度の低下が確認されていますが、日本ではどうなのでしょうか。

残念ながら詳細な研究はまだ存在していません。しかし、若年層のメンタルヘルスや自殺者数の統計を見ると、日本でも同じ傾向が存在している可能性があります。この点についてはまた別の記事で詳しく見ていきたいと思います。
